Staircase Falls

After days of cold weather and thick mist the landscape was covered in a thick layer of frost. I was camping in the same spot for a week and could see how everything gradually turned white. I haven’t experienced anything like it in the mountains.

This waterfall became particularly beautiful with the frost. It added contrast and shape to it that otherwise didn’t exist.

I hope to have such conditions again sometime in the future.
