Glimmering Peaks

Reaching the top of the mountain I could finally see what was hidden from me on the way up. Out of breath after a strenuous hike – I totally lost my breath when I saw this. The peaks of Sarek covered in fresh snow, glimmering in the most beautiful evening light.

I hurried to get my camera up and managed to get three exposures before the peaks disappeared behind the clouds. They never appeared again that evening and would I’ve arrived just one minute later, I would have missed the moment completely.
