October Light

As I hiked up the hill in the dark this October morning I didn’t have any high hopes for photography. The wind had picked up during the night and the clouds were covering the sky.

However I’ve learned that it’s better to give it a try as sometimes good light can happen when you expect it the least. This was one of those mornings.

A couple of hours later I was standing on top of the hill as the mountains of Sarek and the storm clouds above catched this intense red light. The moment only lasted for a couple of minutes before it was over.
