Alpine Study

The sunrise was over and with a completely clear sky above it wasn’t the perfect light for mountain photography. Somehow though I think these condtitions worked to emphasize the graphical qualities of the high alpine terrain.

Consisting of mostly glaciers and rocks this is a desolate place. Mount Gavabakte with it’s characterisic shape is prominent in the background.
